Plaintiff, Victoria Insurance Company, filed this declaratory judgment suit against defendants, Annie Hawkins, Arnold Hawkins, individually and as parents or legal guardians of Terrell Hawkins, Marius Taylor and Tammy Terry to determine coverage under the uninsured motorist provision of a liability insurance policy issued to defendant, Arnold Hawkins, and applicable to defendants, Annie Hawkins and Terrell Hawkins.
