Appeal from an order of the superior court for Spokane county, Richardson, J., entered September 1, 1903, upon overruling a motion to quash supplemental proceedings, ordering defendant to pay a judgment.

This is an appeal from a final order m a proceeding supplemental to execution. On July 30, 1903, respondent filed its motion for the issuance of a citation against appellant, requiring him to appear and give testimony respecting the amount and location of his property, in order that the same might .be reduced to the satisfaction of a judgment, held by respondent against him in the above entitled cause. In support of this motion, respondent filed an affidavit, setting forth that on October 7, 1898, it obtained a judgment against the appellant for the sum of $501, and $16 costs, and interest;…
