This is a common law action in which the plaintiff in error, who was plaintiff below, seeks to recover damages against the defendants below, defendants in error here, for wrongfully, unjustly, willfully, maliciously, and unlawfully conspiring with each other to deprive the plaintiff of the fruits and benefits of a businesis and contract entered into between them. A demurrer to the declaration was sustained, final judgment was entered in favor of the defendants, and the instant writ of error is to that final judgment.
