I. INTRODUCTION
Kevin M. Wigger stands convicted of criminal sexual conduct in the third degree for crimes he committed before filing his chapter 7 bankruptcy petition, and he is currently incarcerated at the Central Michigan Correctional Facility. According to the Michigan Attorney General, his incarceration will continue until at least October 30, 2021 and possibly until June 10, 2030.
