JOINT MOTION FOR REMAND

Pursuant to U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims Rules 27(a) and 45(g), Appellant, Satya Newday, and Appellee, James B. Peake, M.D., Secretary of Veterans Affairs, by and through their respective counsel, respectfully move this Court to issue an order vacating, and remanding the September 21, 2005, decision of the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board) that denied entitlement to an effective date pri- *263or to November 30, 2000 for a grant of service connection for tinnitus.
