OPINION AND REMAND ORDER

This matter comes before the court on plaintiffs’ Motion to Remand. For the reasons stated below, plaintiffs’ Motion to Remand is GRANTED.
I. Factual and Procedural History
On June 6, 2005, plaintiffs filed a Motion for Judgment in the Circuit Court for the County of Northampton, Virginia, alleging breach of contract and fraudulent misrepresentation claims against defendants Anthony Basso (“Basso”) and Chesapeake Shores Development, Inc.
