Employer seeks judicial review of a Workers’ Compensation Board order awarding claimant permanent total disability. The dispositive issue is whether medical conditions preexisting claimant’s compensable injuries may be considered in determining the extent of her disability. The Board concluded that they may be considered. On de novo review, we affirm.
