Petitioners have brought original action asking that respondent be mandated to stay and suspend enforcement of the decree previously rendered by respondent which had granted mandatory relief to Meyer’s Plumbing, Inc., and Marlowe Frey, in their suit against relators. We issued the temporary writ.
