McGEE, Judge.

Henry J. Murphy (Murphy) worked with the international accounting firm of Arthur Anderson LLP for thirty-six years, including twenty-four years as a partner, before he retired in March 1996. At the time Murphy retired, he was the partner in charge of corporate recovery, primarily working with bankrupt and otherwise insolvent or distressed corporations. Between 1995 and 1996, Coastal Physician Group, Inc.
