United States Steel Mining Company, LLC (Employer) petitions this Court for review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming a decision of a workers’ compensation judge (WCJ) that granted the fatal claim petition of Nancy Sullivan (Claimant) for the work-related death of her husband Thomas Sullivan, Jr. (Decedent). We affirm.
