Following a 2-day hearing, Judge David E. Christensen, referee, found that respon dent Dennis R. Peterson had violated numerous Rules of Professional Conduct. The misconduct essentially grew out of respondent’s involvement in a real estate development project. Respondent ordered a transcript, hence, the referee’s findings and conclusions of law are not deemed conclusive but are subject to review.
