1Per curiam
Plaintiff John Besecker appeals from the denial of his motion to proceed in forma pauperis in the district court. See 28 U.S.C. § 1915. On January 11,1993, a judge of this court granted him leave to proceed informa pauperis to seek review of the determination of the district court. We now remand the case to the district court for further proceedings.
