In this proceeding the court is asked to reverse and set aside an award made December 13, 1923, by the State Industrial Commission, in favor of one W. M. Michaels, against petitioners. The petitioners, Pine and Buzzard, jointly owned a eaterpiller tractor, and as partners had same operated for hauling purposes. Only one man was employed to operate it, except when heavy hauling was to be done an additional man was employed as helper.
