This matter came on for hearing before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland at Baltimore on August 31, 1982 upon the Trustee’s amended complaint to deny the debtor’s claim of state exemptions by declaring unconstitutional subsections 11 — 504(f)(1) and (f)(2) of the Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article of the Maryland Annotated Code (1981 Supp.).
