Plaintiff Ibrahima Fall filed this breach of contract action against Defendant First Mercury Insurance Company, alleging that First Mercury improperly refused to defend Gin-Cor, LLC (“Gin-Cpr,” or the “Insured”) in the underlying tort action, Fall v.
