The Pope County Bar Association brought suit to enjoin real estate brokers in Pope County from completing certain instruments involving real estate transactions without consulting a lawyer. The Bar Association contends that such acts constitute the practice of law and are against public policy. The Pope County brokers and the Arkansas Realtors Association, intervening as a party defendant, deny that the disputed acts constitute the practice of law.
