The Vice-Chancellor :

By decree of this court, the corporate charter of The Riddle Memorial Chapel, a religious corporation of Delaware, was revoked and forfeited; *289and complainant was appointed receiver with the usual powers to accomplish the final settlement of its affairs. With leave of the court, complainant brought this bill of interpleader, joining as respondents the sole claimants of the only property held by the corporation when its charter was revoked.
