OPINION

BILLINGS, Judge:

Appellants John D. Archer and Elizabeth B. Archer, both individually and as Trustees for the Elizabeth Daly Archer Trust, and Hubert Wolfe, Judy W. Wolfe, and Elliott Wolfe, as Trustees for Elliott Wolfe Trust No. 701 (“Archer” and/or “Wolfe”), appeal from the trial court’s judgment ordering specific performance of an option to buy land in favor of Respondent Ernest J. Miller (“Miller”), and from the award of accrued interest to Miller. We affirm.
