The matter before the Court on remand from the District Court is whether, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 502(j) and Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 3008, “cause” exists to reconsider the disallowance of a claim filed by Shawsville Farm Supply, Inc. (hereinafter “Shawsville”). Applying the “excusable neglect” standard of Fed.R.Civ.P. 60(b), this Court granted Shawsville’s motion to reconsider on November 16, 1995.
