Halverson, trustee of the bankruptcy estate of James and Gladys Mathiason, appeals from a final order entered in the United States District Court 1 for the District of Minnesota affirming an order entered in the United States Bankruptcy Court 2 for the District of Minnesota denying Halverson’s motion to review the extent of a secured lien held by the Estate of Earl Cameron (the Cameron estate) and to surcharge collateral.
