LUTTIG, Circuit Judge:
Appellant, Wilma J. Thompson, filed suit against appellee, E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Co. (“DuPont”), under both Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-5, and the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101-12218.
