Fredericka Holshouser (“plaintiff”) appeals from orders granting summary judgment to Shaner Operating Corporation (“Shaner Operating”), Ben Robinson (“Robinson”), and Loss Prevention Services, Inc. (“LPS”) on plaintiffs claims for negligence and breach of contract. Having carefully examined plaintiffs arguments, we reverse in part, affirm in part, and remand this case for further appropriate proceedings.
