Claimant, widow of Stanley Yanofchick, deceased, filed a claim for compensation on the ground that she was totally dependent upon Mm at the time of his death on May 20, 1951, although she had not lived with him since July 27, 1928. The parties were married on July 6, 1920.
This case arises under the Occupational Disease Act. The pertinent provision is in section 307 of the Act of June 21, 1939, P.
