OPINION

The plaintiffs brought suit against Halls-dale-Powell Utility District for nuisance and inverse condemnation after their homes were flooded with raw sewage on two occasions. The trial court granted partial summary judgment to the utility district on the plaintiffs’ claim for inverse condemnation, holding that no taking of their properties had occurred.
