Plaintiff’s husband was killed in a railroad wreck in the state of Pennsylvania, on December 5, 1911, while a passenger upon one of defendant’s trains. Plaintiff brought suit for damages in the district court of Hennepin county, and, in her complaint, set forth the Pennsylvania statute authorizing such actions.
