The American Association of University Professors has appealed the Court of Chancery’s reversal of the State of Delaware Public Employee Relations Board’s finding that Delaware State University committed an Unfair Labor Practice under 19 Del. C. § 1307(a)(5) of Delaware’s Public Employer Relations Act.
