I. INTRODUCTION

On July 10, 1992, a trial was conducted on this adversary proceeding filed by debt- or Campbell 66 Express, Inc., and secured creditor Great Southern Savings Bank. Plaintiffs appeared by Counsel M. Brent Hendrix, and William Pitt, President of Campbell 66. Defendant Central Transport, Inc. (hereinafter “Central”), appeared by Counsel Allan Culp and by its corporate representative Gerald Rauch.
