DECISION ON ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE FOR A DETERMINATION AS TO THE DEBTOR’S CONVEYANCES OF RIGHTS WITH RESPECT TO CERTAIN PROPERTY

The individual debtor in this confirmed Chapter 11 case, like the principals in the movie “The Producers”, has granted interests greater than 100% in the same property to several parties. One of the recipient parties, Agustín Rodriguez, now seeks a post-confirmation determination in this court as to the debtor’s effusive conveyances of rights with respect to the property.
