The petitioner, William H. Morgan, R.Ph., appeals a disciplinary order of the New Hampshire Board of Pharmacy (board) imposing a fine and prohibiting him from serving as a pharmacist-in-charge. See RSA 318:29, 11(c), (d) (1995). On appeal, he alleges a myriad of legal and constitutional errors. Wc affirm.
