This ' action was commenced in the district court of Rogers county by the defendants in error, hereinafter called plaintiffs, against the plaintiff in error, hereinafter called the defendant, to recover the sum of $1,118 for work* and ma-' terial furnished in drilling an oil and gas well and to foreclose a lien upon certain real estate in Rogers county to satisfy said debt.
