Before the court is a Motion for Summary Judgment filed on January 28, 1993, by the defendant, United States of America, acting through the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) arising from the Complaint filed by the Plaintiff/Debtor, Robert 0. Olson on February 18, 1992.
