Nicole R. Kesterson and her husband, Philip M. Kesterson, appeal from an order of the Circuit Court of Saline County dismissing their claims against Gary Wallut. They also appeal from the circuit court’s summary judgment for respondent, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, on their claims against it under Nicole’s uninsured motorist coverage.
