In this adversary proceeding, the plaintiffs David and Lisa Dean seek a determination that the state court default judgment they hold against the debtor Richard Ryan Hunter in the amount of $147,000 for compensatory damages and $100,000 in punitive damages is nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A), (a)(4), and (a)(6). Presently before the court is the Plaintiffs’ motion for partial summary judgment.
