After jury trial, defendant was convicted of the following offenses: count I, offering to furnish marijuana to a minor on August 22, 1967 (Health & Saf. Code, § 11532); count II, furnishing marijuana to a minor on August 23, 1967 (Health & Saf. Code, § 11532) ; count III, possession of marijuana on August 23, 1967 (Health & Saf. Code, § 11530); counts IV and V, assaults on two peace officers in the performance of their duties with force likely to produce great bodily harm (Pen. Code, § 245, subd. (b)).
