MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
LUNGSTRUM, District Judge.
I. Introduction
This case comes before the court on the motion of defendant Alex & Associates, Inc. (“A & A”) to dismiss (Doc. #41) the plaintiffs complaint pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(2). 1 A & A asserts that it is not subject to personal jurisdiction in this forum. For the reasons set forth below, A & A’s motion to dismiss is denied.
