(temporarily assigned). We confront here the same general question we dealt with in State v. Slockbower, 79 N. J. 1, decided this day. That is the matter of the circumstances under which the police in arresting an individual may take custody of his automobile (i. e., impound it) and search it for purposes of making an inventory of its contents.
