Dickson and 43 others, alleged to be resident citizens in blocks 1900, 2000, 2100, and 2200 on Sixth avenue of the city of Fort Worth, presented a duly verified petition to the honorable Bruce Young, judge of the Forty-Eighth district court of Tarrant county, including said city, complaining of appellees R. E. Barr and Harper Jones, and alleged, in substance, that the said Barr and Jones purchased lots 1 and 2 in block 24 in Fairmount addition, located at the corner of Carson avenue and Sixth avenue, of a width of 25 feet each, together constituting a frontage of 50 feet on Sixth…
