THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Plaintiffs Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (D.E. No. 35) and the Countrywide Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment (D.E. No. 51). For the reasons set forth below, Plaintiffs Motion for Partial Summary Judgment is denied, and Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment is granted.
