Background
In this case of alleged securities fraud, court-appointed Lead Plaintiffs Bruno Hofmann, John Bowie, Richard Madigan, and Richard Conen seek to recover damages on behalf of a class of investors. These investors allegedly lost money after purchasing the common stock of Organogenesis during the proposed class period of November 15, 1999 through February 7, 2002.
