LOW, P. J.

The Attorney General of the State of California obtained a civil judgment and permanent injunction against defendants for engaging in unfair competition and making false and misleading statements. (Bus. & Prof. Code, §§ 17200, 17500.) A civil penalty of $100,000 was imposed for the statutory violations on all defendants, 2 jointly and severally. (§§ 17206, 17536.) We affirm.
