MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

EDELSTEIN, District Judge:

The defendants, Noel Remy, Edward Garcia, Liliana Vasquez and Dora Gonzalez, are charged with possessing with intent to distribute approximately two kilograms of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. Sections 812, 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(B) and 18 U.S.C. Section 2. The defendants are also charged with conspiring to distribute cocaine and possess cocaine with intent to distribute it in violation of 21 U.S.C. Section 846. Defendant Noel Remy (“Remy”) has moved to suppress physical evidence seized in alleged violation of his Fourth Amendment rights.…
