In an action to recover damages for personal injuries and wrongful death, the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Amann, J.), entered December 3, 1990, which denied their motion to dismiss the action on the ground of forum non conveniens.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
