In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens *937County (Golia, J.), entered November 27, 2009, which granted the motion of the defendant Chuck Brauer Trucking, Inc., to dismiss the complaint pursuant to CPLR 327 on the ground of forum non conveniens.
Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law and the facts, with costs, and the motion of the defendant Chuck Brauer Trucking, Inc., to dismiss the complaint pursuant to CPLR 327 on the ground of forum non conveniens is denied.
