Defendant appeals, pursuant to permission granted by a Judge of this Court, from an order of the Appellate Division (251 AD2d 210) affirming his convictions by a jury of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree (Penal Law § 220.39 [1]) and bail jumping in the first degree (Penal Law § 215.57).
