BUTTRAM, District Judge.

Now before the Court in the above-styled action is a motion filed on April 4, 2002, by Plaintiff Sue C. Pritchard to remand the case to the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Alabama, from whence it was removed. (Doc. 9). Plaintiff contemporaneously filed a memorandum brief in support of her motion. (Doc. 10). Defendants Hancock Fabrics, Inc. (“Hancock”) and Thomas Goolsby have filed a response in opposition to Plaintiffs motion, which includes an affidavit sworn by Gools-by. (Doc. 11).
