ANDERSON, Circuit Judge:
This appeal presents an interesting question relating to diversity of citizenship jurisdiction and fraudulent joinder in the context of a class action. Adopting a novel approach, the distinct court found fraudulent joinder and diversity of citizenship. The district court retained jurisdiction. We reverse.
