Bramhall, J.:
The questions presented relate (1) to the amendment to the Workmen’s Compensation Act of this state, providing, under certain conditions, that accidents to Delaware employees occurring outside the territorial limits of this state come within the purview of that Act; and, (2) to the right of the Superior Court to hear an appeal from the Industrial Accident Board in a case where the accident occurred outside the territorial limits of the state.
