GONZALES, Judge:

Contrary to his pleas, the appellant was found guilty, by a general court-martial composed of officer members, of attempted unpremeditated murder, two specifications of presenting a false official document, housebreaking, solicitation to commit graft, and obstruction of justice in violation of Articles 80, 107, 130, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 880, 907, 930, and 934 (1988) [hereinafter UCMJ].
