Plaintiff Laura Rivera (“Rivera”) filed this suit under the court’s diversity jurisdiction alleging sexual harassment in violation of Act No. 17 of April 22, 1988, P.R. Laws Ann., tit. 29 § 155 et seq. (“Law 17”), as a result of sexual favoritism by her supervisor during her employment with Defendant DHL Global Forwarding (“DHL”). Rivera also alleges negligence and defamation in violation of Articles 1802 and 1803 of the Civil Code of Puerto Rico, P.R.
