MEMORANDUM OPINION

DAUGHERTY, Chief Judge.

Plaintiff brought this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), seeking judicial review of the final administrative decision of the defendant Secretary, that plaintiff’s previously determined disability ceased in February 1977 and that his entitlement to disability insurance benefits under the Social Security Act ended two months thereafter.
